Cool tool

Friday, January 20, 2006
I run across tons of websites in my daily life. I tag a lot of them in del.ici.ous, but this is a handy tool to add to my mix. It's a Firefox extension (or bookmarklet) that allows you to add a persistent sticky note to any web page that will persist and be there when you return to the site. Handy!

  • So tell me, you love Firefox, right? I love Safari (so much better and IE) but I'm trying to decide if there's any reason for me to also download Firefox. What do you think?

  • I do love Firefox. Exactly for this reason, because I can customize it as I like. There are so many extensions available I can make it just how I like it. Flock is a nice browser too, but I haven't had much of a chance to use it yet. I haven't tried Safari, as I don't have a mac and all. It's worth trying it out, it's available for OS X, I think.

  • Errr, Firefox is worth trying out, that is. I could be less clear, if I tried really, really hard.

  • I asked my brother tonight and he said the same thing about extensions. Interestingly, he also brought up Fock, as one of his former employees just went to work for them.

  • Very strange! Wait, I'm as smart as Chad about something????

    Go me!!!

I've installed Flock at home, but haven't done much more than open it a few times. Firefox rocks, though.
